Deposits sit in the Peer Exchange treasury wallet on Solana and are tracked in a ledger. Your stock is locked to your loan and goes back to your available balance the moment you repay.
Each lender sets a liquidation LTV for every stock they accept. If your loan reaches it, or the term ends unpaid, the locked stock goes to the lender and the loan closes. You keep the SOL or USDC you borrowed.
Simple interest at the listing's APR, counted by the second from the moment the loan opens until you repay. Repay early and you pay less.
